It’s with very heavy hearts that we announce that one of our sweet shop dogs, Clementine (Maria’s pup), unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge today 🍊💜🌈

Many will fondly remember Clemmy’s purple tail and bright smile. She was the happiest shop dog with quirks that made us all laugh every time she was working with us.

Although their time together was short, Maria and Clementine were so lucky to have each other. Clementine truly lived the best life with owners who did everything they could for her- right until the very end.

Please double check your appointments ahead of the holidays! We’ve been getting a lot of cancellations and reschedule requests upon receiving appointment reminders lately. We kindly ask that everyone double check their appointments for November and December now to make sure your scheduled appointment still works for you.

Please understand that it’s unfair to us and other clients to hold appointments for weeks at a time just to cancel when getting your appointment reminders. We cannot continue to take the financial hit so we please ask that if you can’t commit to pre-booking, wait to schedule your pup on a day that you know you’ll be able to make it. We’d hate to require deposits to schedule or increase our cancellation fee. So, please, be respectful of our time.

Of course, we understand that life happens and things come up, but we have been inundated with so many last minute appointment changes and cancellations that it’s become time consuming and stressful to navigate on top of grooming.

Our schedule is already getting quite full around the holidays and we would really appreciate it if everyone would double check their appointments now and reschedule if need be or commit to the time they’ve scheduled.

Please help us get through the busy holiday season by arriving to your appointment on time and pick up your pup as soon as they’re done.

First, thank you to the clients who nominated us for best pet grooming again this year. Your support and acknowledgment means so much to us! ☺️🐾

We’ve decided not to participate this year. Hounding clients, family, and friends for daily votes is daunting. And, to be completely honest, we’re just too busy to keep up with all of it 😅

We’ve chosen to define our success in other ways. Like, being booked solid for weeks at a time with new client request pouring in daily. THANK YOU for keeping us so busy!

We’ll proudly still display our past awards (except for last year’s because you need to purchase the plaques now annnnd we never sent in the money for it) and we will certainly cherish the fun memories of past award shows.

Instead of spending money on their marketing packages, tickets to the show, and plaques- we’re taking a much needed day off as a team this fall to reset and recharge with a spa day 😌

And since they now consider every nominee a winner, we’ve ALREADY won without bothering you for votes and spending all the money!

Hop, the Pyredoodle (Great Pyrenees, Poodle mix) is NAKED! 🫣 But he’s feeling so fresh and cool for all the swimming he does at doggy daycare!

Ryleigh carefully pre-shaved most of his matted coat off before the bath. He then soaked in a medicated shampoo to relieve skin irritation caused by the matts, and then got blow dried and finished!

This took a little over 2 hours, start to finish 😰 We’ll see him again in 6 weeks before his coat grows too long. Hoping to keep him fluffy through the cooler months!
